Rising Pharma sells generic and OTC pharmaceuticals to leading wholesalers, distributors, chain and independent drug stores and mass merchandisers. Rising Pharmaceuticals has a commercial portfolio of over 140 currently marketed products in the U.S. and has more than 50 ANDAs filed with the FDA or pending launch, representing over $12.5 billion in addressable market value. Rising Pharma implemented SAP S4HANA in April 2018.

REQUIREMENT

Rising Pharma were looking for a partner who can support their vision for cost effective 24X7 support for S4HANA deployment. The partner should have capabilities in niche modules such as EWM, ATTP and be able to provide offshore support at a reasonable cost.

SOLUTION

MannlÖwe has deployed a dedicated team to support Rising Pharma covering US Eastern time and emergency support. The processes include Incident Management, Change Management and other ITIL® processes. The modules in scope are Finance and Controlling, Order To Cash, Procure to Pay, Extended Warehouse Management, Server Management, User Management and ABAP requirements. Integration support for ATTP is also, being provided.
The solution has ensured 24X7 support to SAP users and ensured a lower TCO for S4HANA deployment as the deployment is 100% Offshore.
